Terms of Use of the “Olimpbet” Mobile Application

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the usage of the “Olimpbet” mobile application (hereinafter — the Application), developed by Tery Launch and supported by DEVBUDZ LTD. By installing or using the Application, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms. If the User disagrees, they must stop using and uninstall the Application.

1. General Conditions

The Application is provided for informational, entertainment and utility use only. The User acknowledges that they are responsible for how they use the Application, based on their own understanding, needs and applicable legislation in their region.

2. Usage Requirements

By using the Application, the User confirms that:

• they install the Application voluntarily;
• they use the Application strictly for lawful personal purposes;
• they will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the Application;
• they will not interfere with the operation or services related to the Application.

The Application may undergo updates, improvements, bug fixes or design changes at any time without prior notice.

3. Limited Availability of Services

Accessibility of features and availability of content may vary depending on the User’s device, region, or technical settings. Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Application.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging to provide analytics and push notifications. Usage of such services is governed by Google’s Policies.

The User may decline analytics and disable notifications at any time via system settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Application—including text, visual elements, UI layouts, features and internal logic— belongs to DEVBUDZ LTD or the corresponding right holders. Copying, distributing, modifying or reproducing any part of the Application is prohibited without written consent.

6. No Guarantees and Liability Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is". The Developer makes no warranties, explicit or implied, concerning:

• uninterrupted operation;
• absence of errors;
• compatibility with every device;
• availability of future updates or features.

The Developer and Company are not responsible for:

• damage caused directly or indirectly by use or inability to use the Application;
• data loss due to device malfunction or system settings;
• actions of third-party services outside the Developer’s control.

7. Termination of Usage

The User may uninstall the Application at any moment without notifying the Developer. Removal of the Application terminates any ongoing usage and obligations under these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Any change becomes effective once published inside the Application or distributed together with a newer version. The date of update appears at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Application after updates indicates the User’s agreement to the revised Terms.
